Hi, I’m Chris Putnam

I am a family man and a small-business owner myself, so I know what it is like to juggle customers, payroll, and everything else while the website sits at the bottom of the list. My job is to take that item off your list: build something that works, keep it working, and be easy to reach when you need a change.

I started programming as a kid in the late 1980s, learning from manuals and library books in rural Maine, and I was building for the web by the 1990s. Born and raised in the U.S., I studied at Northern Maine Community College from 2005 to 2007 and earned an A.S. in Computer Information Systems in 2007, along with the program’s Academic Achievement Award.

For the first five to six years of my career I built marketing and business websites with agencies including Breezy Hill Designs, Digital Goat Consulting, and iBec Creative, delivering hundreds of sites for owners who needed a dependable online presence.

Since then I have spent most of my time on long-term enterprise contracts: multi-year engagements building web applications in .NET, Python, Angular, React, and AWS/Azure for insurance, healthcare, automotive, and finance companies. That experience is why the sites I build now are fast, secure, and easy to maintain, and it is still available if your business needs a portal or custom software. See engineering & portals.

Today my focus is helping small and medium-sized businesses stay easy to find as search shifts to AI: websites built for Google and AI answers, monthly care, and more Google reviews. I work with businesses anywhere in the U.S., and I’m glad to meet in person close to home, from Crystal River and Inverness to Homosassa and Dunnellon. The first conversation is about fit, not a hard sell.
