The business

Wildfire moves vehicles nationwide for corporate relocations, commercial fleets, and auction remarketing. Their customers are businesses that need to trust the carrier before they ever pick up the phone, so the website has to look established and answer questions quickly.

The website

A custom marketing site built in Astro: service pages, team and careers pages, FAQs and guides, a quote request flow, and click-to-call on every page. It is static-first, so it loads quickly on a phone and has very little to break or patch.

The private operations portal

Behind the public site, I built a private, login-only portal that runs their order workflow. Staff move each order through its stages in one place and can see at a glance what needs attention next. It is custom software shaped around how Wildfire actually works, not a generic tool they had to bend their process to fit.

Safe Space Counseling

Telehealth across Maine · safespacecounselingmaine.com

Safe Space Counseling homepage on desktop

The practice

Victoria Paine, LCPC, LADC, offers mental health and addiction counseling for adults across Maine by telehealth. People looking for a counselor are often having a hard week, so the site needs to feel calm, explain how things work in plain language, and make reaching out easy.

The website

A redesign of the practice's existing site: a quiet, Maine-coast look, a single readable page covering her approach, what counseling can help with, her therapy methods, and insurance (including MaineCare and a sliding scale), plus a short FAQ. "Email to schedule" and tap-to-call buttons sit at the top of the page and again at the end.

The details that matter

  • A Good Faith Estimate page and a privacy notice, which therapy practices are expected to provide.
  • A visible crisis notice pointing to 988 and 911, since a website is not the right place to ask for urgent help.
  • Plain answers about telehealth: what platform is used and what a client needs before the first session.
  • Static pages on Cloudflare's network, so it loads quickly on a phone and costs almost nothing to host.
