Contact form data

When you submit the contact form, Putnam Technology LLC collects your name, email, and message to respond to your inquiry. Data is sent via email to chris@putnamtechnology.comand is not sold to third parties. Retention follows our business email practices.

Hosting & care: included updates

Monthly hosting and care includes two (2) content updates per calendar month unless a signed agreement states otherwise. An update is a single coordinated change, text edits, modest image swaps, or small layout tweaks on existing pages, not a redesign or new page templates. Unused updates do not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.

SEO & AI visibility

Client acknowledges that Putnam Technology LLC implements technical and content best practices for search and AI-assisted discovery but does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, rich results, or AI citations.

Hosting scope

Hosting terms, including backups, security patching, uptime expectations, and support channels, are documented in your statement of work or hosting agreement. Emergency vs. routine requests are defined there.

This site may add privacy-friendly analytics in the future. When enabled, details will be updated here.
